Student Members
Welcome to the Student Members section of our website. The UOIT EcoCAR team has successfully been proud of the students that are involved in the EcoCAR competition. Many of the students come from a diverse educational background, from business to engineering. The diversity seen in our students also extend to the many faculty members at UOIT that is supporting the team in the competition.
To highlight the success of the student involvement we have broken the student member section into four main categories:

Mike Maduro
Hi, I'm Mike and I'm currently in my second year of my Masters in Automotive Engineering at UOIT. Back home in Venezuela I worked on two Baja SAE teams, competing in Troy, Ohio and Rochester, NY. Although new to the electric vehicle world, a strong background in SAE competitions combined with my Industrial Engineering background will help me serve the team in reaching each one of our objectives on schedule and on budget. Hi, I am Pierre Hinse and I have recently completed my Masters in Automotive Engineering. I have a longstanding passion for electric vehicles, so EcoCAR was a natural fit for me. I enjoyed my time working with the team, and am excited to see their progress in the final year of the competition.
