Welcome to UOIT EcoCAR team page - we are dedicated to provide you with current information about our team and faculty members involved in the EcoCAR competition at UOIT. Being apart of UOIT's EcoCAR team offers students an amazing oppurtunity to apply their educational knowledge with a practical project. Re-Engineering the 2009 GM-donated vehicle to be a Full-Function Electric Vehicle (FF-EV) is an amazing oppurtunity for engineers of all fields. It offers automotive engineerings students an outlet to apply their passion for the field, offers mechanical engineering students practical use of their skills, and offers electrical engineering students an outstanding oppurtunity to lead the way in developing new technologies for the automotive field.

As students join the UOIT EcoCAR team, their profile is added to the UOIT EcoCAR website. With industry sponsors from a wide range of companies, student resume's are kept on file by the organizers and sponsors for future job prospects.
